As I sit at home with a bum leg I decided to start putting out a webisode series. So I sent my good friend Sam Cohen off with the new HD GoPro and told him to get some cool shots. I’m going to create a new episode at least every other week. My goal is to capture what it is like to be a local skier up Little Cottonwood Canyon and what our view of skiing is. Enjoy!

The start of winter…
11 DecOnce again I have been slackin on the posts… sorry.
I know most of you reading this right now are desperate competitors on the freeski tour trying to get a spot in the comps. This is what I know; out of the Greener trio I am pretty positive Nick and Rick Greener have both won on the tour before and rob hasn’t. I won the North Face Young Gun award at Crested Butte but not at Snowbird. I have no idea who won it at Snowbird. That is all I know so hopefully that helps!
Other than tour registration nothing amazing has happened here in Utah lately. There is a very small snowpack and only a couple runs are open. I have been skiing almost every day and been having a lot of fun even though there is little snow. I have been borrowing one of the new HD GoPro from Alta and unfortunately on my second run using it I almost broke my leg. Luckly the x rays didn’t show any signs of cracks or fractures so I’ll be good to go in a week or two. Check out the footage from what i did get…
Also I have basically been raised in the Albion Grill my whole life and have ate hundreds of dollars worth of their food for free so my mom is making me put the Grill down as one of my sponsors so go get a burger from the Abion Grill next time your in Alta!
It’s almost winter!!
18 NovSo it’s been a while since the last time I posted and a lot has happened. It has started to snow more frequently around the Wasatch and the mountains are maintaining a fresh sheet of snow. I have found my self hiking for preseason turns with my friends numerous times and it just keeps getting better. The last time I went out it was thigh deep pow at the top of Collins chair in Alta!

Other than skiing I have been training with the Snowbird Freeride Team at Black Diamond Gymnastics. It is a super fun time and will hopefully do good things for this winter. Check out the edit that Nate Cahoon made…
I also did a little photo shoot with Mike Schirf, Taylor Lyman, and John Collinson. We got some pretty rad shots and check back for some more in the future.
Little Fall Update
10 OctHey everyone!
Sorry for not posting anything up on the site for a while, I’ve been super lazy about it. So i’ll fill yah in a little. Since the last time I posted the temperatures have dropped and it is begining to feel a lot like Christmas! wait I mean winter. The mountains have been getting a taste of the snow that will be covering their peaks in the coming months and a lucky few have already been skiing, Including me! I think it would be safe to say summer weather is out for the season and it’s time to start bustin out the warm coats and windshield scrapers. Also ski movie premiere season has come to the Salt Lake region and I have been lucky enough to see a few banger ski flicks! For some reason these movies have an incredibly way of making me want to ski at that exact moment so I decide to fix up the old summer set up and hit the rail in my front yard a couple times.

Also I’m stoked to final say I will be riding for the Alta ski resort Athlete Team this winter!!! I have grown up my whole life at Alta so It is awesome to have gone from making my very first turn here to now representing Alta with some of the best skiers on the planet!
I have a lot of big plans for this winter and I can’t wait to get it started!! Make sure to check back frequently for new posts, videos, updates and ect..!!!
Summer time
14 JunAlright guys sorry for not posting anything in a while. I’ve been super lazy about it.
As far as skiing goes nothing really interesting has happened since the last time I posted.
- Alta closed way to early in my opinion but the last day was still fun!

After Alta closed I made my way down to Rockville for the annual end of the year Pig Fest. I got a lot of sick riding in and ate tons of great pork.

Coming back to Salt Lake I have done a lot more biking and not that much skiing.
